PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rapidly confirm whether each part for performing signal processing is normally operated. SOLUTION: A planar antenna supplies a received signal obtained by receiving electromagnetic wave radiated from each part of a signal processor, to a time/frequency converting section 251. The time/frequency converting section 251 performs time/frequency conversion processing to the received signal to convert the received signal into received spectrum which shows an electric power level for every frequency component of the received signal. A spectrum comparator 252 compares the received spectrum with spectrum information showing a predetermined threshold value obtained beforehand. A control port generates and outputs operation state information showing the operation state of each part for performing signal processing, based on the compared result of the received spectrum and spectrum information.
