<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect trouble in a quartz sensor without delay, and to prevent an erroneous measured result from being recognized by a worker, in a sensing device using a quartz sensor formed on a surface thereof with an adsorption layer for adsorbing a sensing object, and having a natural frequency varied by the adsorption of the sensing object. <P>SOLUTION: This sensing device is provided with a level detection circuit for detecting a signal level of an oscillation output of an oscillation circuit, a level detection value is read in a computer after a stable time lapses after feeding an electric power source, and the signal level is compared with a threshold value. Abnormality is determined when the signal level is lower than the threshold value, the abnormality is displayed, for example, on a display part, and the occurrence of the abnormality is notified to the worker. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
