<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dehumidifier which is capable of blowing off not only cold air or its mixed air but warm air from the blowoff outlet, speeds up the drying of laundry and improves the finish of laundry. <P>SOLUTION: The dehumidifier has a blower 19 for the first air passage guiding cold air having passed through an evaporator 15 to the first air passage, a blower 20 for the second passage guiding warm air having passed through a condenser 16 to the second passage, two or more blowoff outlets 8 and 11 arranged, respectively, in the first and second air passages, a damper mechanism 26 capable of selecting a blowoff outlet between the outlets for the first and second air passages and a controlling mechanism 100 controlling the damper mechanism 26. The controlling mechanism 100 selects a specified blowoff outlet 8 as the blowoff outlet for the first and second air passages at the start of operation and selects a specified outlet 8 as the blowoff outlet for the second air passage and the other blowoff outlet 11 as the blowoff outlet for the first air passage when the humidity lowers down to a preliminarily set humidity. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
