PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose a disck-like scale or the like which improves accuracy in attaching to a rotational shaft, and also improves ease of assembling, and also to provide a method for manufacturing the disk-like scale. SOLUTION: The disk-like scale 120 which is attached to the rotational shaft and used for detecting a rotational position of the rotational shaft, is composed of a gear 130 for transmitting a torque to the rotational shaft and a scale part 122 having a pattern for detecting the rotational position.
