PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a valve control device for a PWM control pulse tube refrigerator simple in constitution and smooth in the pressure change of gas in a pulse tube. SOLUTION: In the valve control device for the pulse tube refrigerator, valves 3-6 for performing pressure control of gas in the pulse tube 2 are composed of electronically controlled solenoid valves based on PWM control to smoothen the pressure change of gas in the pulse tube.
