PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a touch panel sensor suppressing disconnection of connection wiring of an FPC (flexible printed wiring board) without peeling the FPC when using the touch panel sensor for a module together with the FPC.SOLUTION: A touch panel sensor includes: a transparent film base material; a front side electrode and front side wiring formed on one surface of the transparent film base material; a front side external connection terminal which is formed on the surface on the front side electrode side of the transparent film base material and is connected to the front side wiring; a rear side electrode and rear side wiring formed on the other surface of the transparent film base material; and a rear side connector connection section which is formed on the surface on the rear side electrode side of the transparent film base material and is connected to the rear side wiring to connect a drive circuit board of a module. The transparent film base material includes a projection section projecting outside from an outer end of the front side external connection terminal, the rear side wiring and the rear side connector connection section are formed on a surface on the rear side electrode side of the projection section, and the rear side connection section is formed at an end of the projection section.
