PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To place an advertisement in a field of water bottle delivery service because there is no delivered water bottle with the advertisement, although, until now, there has been a PET bottle storing water with the advertisement for anything but its product brand which is increased demand recently. SOLUTION: The advertisement is placed on an attachment member whose lower portion is formed into a square annulus which can be detachably fitted around the periphery of this water feeding device.
