PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve at least a part of problems in which the other free end of a fixing tape adhering to the end portion of a fed printing tape adheres to a fixing device or other device. SOLUTION: This tape cartridge assembling device 100 includes: a first air sending section 110 sending air to the fed printing tape 10 from the direction of a surface on the side opposite to the surface of the printing tape 10 to which the fixing tape 20 adheres; a second air sending section 130 sending air to the other end (adjacent adhering portion 20b) of the fixing tape 20 from the direction of the surface of the printing tape 10 to which the fixing tape 20 adheres; a receiving section 120 receiving the printing tape 10 subjected to air blasting by the first air sending section 110; and a push-pressing section 140 which folds back and sandwiches the adjacent adhering portion 20b subjected to air blasting by the second air sending section 130 between the push-pressing section and the receiving section 120, and push-presses and bonds the adjacent adhering portion 20b to the opposite surface of the printing tape 10 to which one end (end-side adhering portion 20a) of the fixing tape 20 adheres.
