PURPOSE: A fixing terminal for binding electric wires is provided to transfer a metal plate along a lower bending mold while bending the metal plate through the lower bending mold, thereby simplifying the structure of the fixing terminal. CONSTITUTION: An upper bending mold (70) bends both sides of a metal plate (2) positioned on an upper surface of a lower bending mold (60) to a low direction and forms two vertical plates closely adhered to both sides of the lower bending mold. A first side bending mold (80) bends a low end part of a first vertical plate and forms a first horizontal plate closely adhered to a lower surface of the lower bending mold. A second side bending mold (90) bends a low end part of a second vertical plate and forms a second horizontal plate closely adhered to the lower surface of the lower bending mold. A transferring unit (142) pressurizes and transfers the metal plate on a regular basis.
