PURPOSE: A floatable wind power generation device is provided to obtain large buoyancy for a long time because a floating block is filled with air. CONSTITUTION: A floatable wind power generation device comprises a rotary blade (100), a power generator (200), a floating block (300), and a tower (400). The rotary blade is rotated by wind. The power generator generates electric power using the rotation force of the rotary blade. The floating block is entirely or partially filled with air and has a bottom-opened space. The tower connects the power generator and the floating block.
