An external pipe/duct fixing device of a pressure resistant container is provided to prevent damage due to clamping by fixing an object by using a fixing member and a metal band, and to fix a pipe or a duct easily. An external pipe/duct fixing device of a pressure resistant container includes a metal band(10), a fixing member of an object(20), a bottom fixing member(90), a first fastening unit, a clamp, and a second fastening unit. The metal band covers an outer circumference of the pressure resistant container(100). The bottom fixing member is arranged on the bottom of the metal band. The first fastening unit fixes the bottom fixing member and the fixing member of the object on the metal band. The clamp includes a fixing part and a fixing piece. The fixing part surrounds the outer circumference of the object. The second fastening unit fixes the clamp on the fixing member of the object.
