An air-conditioning apparatus for a vehicle is provided to smoothly flow air according to an inclined part formed at an opening/closing plate of an intake duct to minimize air resistance generated in the intake duct and reduce ventilation noise due to the air resistance. An air-conditioning apparatus for a vehicle includes an air-conditioning case(10), an intake door(20), a blower(30) and a heat exchanger. The air-conditioning case includes an inner air inlet(10a) and an external air inlet(10b). The intake door is attached to the air-conditioning case and selectively shuts the inner air inlet and the external air inlet. The blower selectively blows air flowing from the intake door. The heat exchanger exchanges heat with the air blown by the blower. The intake door guides the air incoming through the inner air inlet and the external air inlet to one direction.
