An optimized operation control system for a membrane separation process using an intermittent aeration-typed air cleaning process includes a flow equalization tank(1), a membrane filter tank(2), a treated water tank(3), a backwashing wastewater tank(4), a defoaming tank(5), a blower(8), a centrifugal pump(9), an online turbidity meter(10), a backwashing wastewater flow meter(11), a membrane filtration flow meter(12), a water temperature and pH measuring device(13), a manometer(14) for differential pressure measurement, a defoaming tank level gauge(16), an automatic valve(17), an ON/OFF automatic valve(18-24), a logic operation part(25), and a control part(26). The membrane filter tank includes a dipping-typed membrane module unit(6) and a back-washing aeration pipe(7).
