A head lamp reflector mounting device is provided to enhance durability of components thereof by fixing stably a reflector in a housing in order to aim stably the reflector. A radiative reflector(300) for collecting light of a lamp is installed in a housing(500). A retainer is formed in the reflector. The retainer is aimed around a pivot(360). A head lamp reflector mounting device includes an elastic protection bar(380). The elastic protection bar is used for protecting the reflector from vibration of a vehicle. A combination unit and a guiding unit(580) are formed in the housing. The combination unit combines each of the retainers. The elastic protection bar is inserted forwardly or backwardly into the guiding unit according to an aiming state of the reflector.
