An optical disc is provided to play the recorded data normally by forming a dielectric layer between the reflective layer and cover layer. An optical disc comprises: a substrate; a reflective layer(12) on the substrate; a dielectric layer(15) on the reflective layer; a cover layer(11) on the dielectric layer; and a coating layer on the cover layer. The thickness of dielectric layer is 1 to 50nm. The dielectric layer comprises one of dielectric material among ZSSO or TiO2.
