A robot arm for live-wire operations of a dielectric structure is provided to improve assemblility and productivity by installing a roll driving shaft and a pitch driving shaft in parallel. A robot arm for live-wire operations of a dielectric structure comprises the followings: a motor part(100) having a driving motor(110), a pitch driving motor(120), and a roll driving motor(130); a pitch driving shaft connected to the pitch driving motor; a coupling part(200) installed inside the arm; and a processing part(230) in which a working tool is installed.
