A TGS bar damper for a transmission manipulating device is provided to allow a second damper to be moved to the left side as much as the amount of a transmission variation based on a first damper when the length change of a TGS bar occurs, thereby absorbing the location variation of a transmission and preventing the jump-out of a gear. A TGS bar damper for a transmission manipulating device comprises: an outer piston(112) assembled together with a cylinder(111) and connected to a TGS bar(101); a first damper(110) consisting of a piston guide(113); a second damper(120) assembled through the end of the outer piston and a spline(122); a ball(130) settled on a tapered portion(112a) of the outer piston; an elastic body(140) to support the piston guide and the cylinder; and a sensor(150). The second damper is combined with a transmission-sided TGS bar(102).
