Disclosed are: a novel nucleoside triphosphate derivative; a nucleic acid probe; a multilabeled nucleic acid probe which enables the detection of a target nucleic acid conveniently and with high sensitivity; a method for producing the multilabeled nucleic acid probe; and a method for detecting a target nucleic acid by using the multilabeled nucleic acid probe or the nucleic acid probe.  A target nucleic acid can be detected conveniently and with high sensitivity by using transglutaminase (TGase) and also by using a multilabeled nucleic acid probe having multiple labeling parts introduced therein covalently in advance or covalently introducing multiple labeling parts into a nucleic acid probe that has been hybridized with the target nucleic acid.
