Disclosed in the present invention are a communication device and communication system capable of sharing a same antenna array between the communication device and a second communication device having different communication modes. The communication device comprises: a baseband unit, a radio frequency unit, a first communication interface and a second communication interface; the radio frequency unit communicating with the antenna array via the first communication interface and communicating with the second communication device via the second communication interface, wherein the second communication device has a second communication mode different from the first communication mode; the baseband unit being used for generating a first signal and transmitting the first signal to the radio frequency unit; the radio frequency unit being used for receiving the first signal transmitted by the baseband unit, receiving a second signal transmitted by the second communication device via the second communication interface and performing a superposition process on the first signal and the second signal so as to obtain a superposed signal; and the radio frequency unit being also used for transmitting the superposed signal to the antenna array via the first communication interface. |
