Disclosed are a network-side device, a user equipment and a blind area management method. The normal communication of the user equipment, located in a blind area, in a high-frequency communication system can be restored as soon as possible. The network-side device comprises: a receiving module, used for receiving measurement information sent by a user equipment; a judgement module, used for judging according to the measurement information the state which the user equipment is in; and a blind area state processing module. The blind area state processing module starts a quick beam searching process when the user equipment is in a beam mismatching state so as to find a new beam pair capable of switching the state of the user equipment to a normal communication state. If the new beam pair capable of switching the state of the user equipment to the normal communication state is not found within a pre-set time, the state of the user equipment is switched to a blocked state. When the state of the user equipment is the blocked state, the user equipment is informed of closing high-frequency connection, and the network side device is enabled to perform data communication with the user equipment using a low-frequency band. |
