PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide methods for fabricating molds having nano-sized cavities for molding nanoparticles, where the cavities of the molds receive material which is to be released completely.SOLUTION: In a laminate nanomold 100, a support layer 206 and a curable polymer 218 are laminated by introducing a pattern at a nip point and curing the curable polymer 218, such that the cured polymer includes a first surface including a pattern and a second surface opposite to the first surface coupled to the support layer 206.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
