PURPOSE: A non-halogen flame retardant diffusion plate for an LED light is provided to suppress the generation of fire by adding non-halogen flame retardant material. CONSTITUTION: A diffusion layer (10) is comprised of a mixture. The mixture includes polycarbonate. A surface layer (20) is formed at both sides of the diffusion layer. The surface layer is formed with multiple embosses. The mixture comprises flame retardant of 0.1 through 2 parts by weight.
