The present specification relates to a composition containing a natural extract, as an active ingredient, for preventing, alleviating, or treating a burn-out syndrome. The composition according to an aspect of the present invention is useful in the prevention, alleviation, and treatment of the burn-out syndrome by containing a ginseng fruit extract. In addition, the composition according to an aspect of the present invention further contains, besides ginseng fruits, at least one selected from the group consisting of red ginseng, Angelica gigas, Cornus officinalis, deer antlers, and Illicium verum, and thus can maximize a synergetic effect between two or more ingredients, thereby exhibiting excellent effects in the prevention, treatment, and alleviation of the burn-out syndrome. Therefore, the use of the composition of the present invention enables the prevention, treatment, and alleviation of the burn-out syndrome, and thus can create mentally and physically healthy persons and societies. |
