According to an embodiment of the present invention, a rotation assisting structure comprises: a main body of which a width gets narrower from a center portion toward one side part and the other side part based on the longitudinal axis, protruding from a bottom of a ship of an offshore floating body; a power unit rotating the main body; and a control unit controlling the power unit to enable the offshore floating body to be rotated in the direction where a less tidal force is applied to the offshore floating body.
