On the basis of the output of a second signal, the control means drives the motor in a second direction, which is opposite the first direction, such that the cam member is driven by the energizing force of the energizing member and the driving force of the motor, and an engagement unit drives a first section, whereafter, without using the energizing force of the energizing member, the cam member is driven by the driving force of the motor, and the engagement unit drives a second section.
