PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable increased possibility of preventing call connection from being hindered by securing an address on a communication path for emergency, even when call connection traffic increases in the emergency.SOLUTION: A communication apparatus records, when establishing a communication path between itself and a terminal, information in which an address on a communication path allocated to the terminal is associated with information enabling identification of the type of the communication path, and determines, when there is a terminal registration request from the terminal concerned, whether there is a record on information corresponding to information in which the address on the communication path of the terminal is associated with information which enables identification of the type of the communication path through which the registration request is made. When not determining that there is the record of the corresponding information, the registration related to the request is not performed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
