PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an AD converter in which the S/N can be enhanced, and the external output terminals can be reduced.SOLUTION: An AD converter includes N (N is an integer of 2 or more) external input terminals 11, N AD conversion circuits 12 performing AD conversion of N input signals A1-An inputted from the external input terminals 11, respectively, and a mixer circuit 14 receiving M data signals D1-Dm subjected to AD conversion by the AD conversion circuits 12, calculating the average of the M (M is an integer of 1 or more, and N>M) and outputting M data signals E1-Ek to M external output terminals 15.
