PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a material having excellent properties as a raw material for aircraft component, automobile component or the like.SOLUTION: A magnesium-lithium alloy is a magnesium-lithium alloy where at least lithium is added to magnesium and which is manufactured by adding strain by cold processing after making solution and processing aging without conducting a heat treatment after adding the strain.
