PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a starter metal fitting which can reduce the displacement of a height position of the starter metal fitting which occurs at a corner of an architectural structure, and a building method of an architectural structure using the same.SOLUTION: A starter metal fitting 1 comprises: a first fixed plate 10; a first lower flange 11; a second fixed plate 13; a second lower flange 14; and a connecting part 16 which connects the first and second fixed plates 10, 13 to each other so that an extension direction 10a of the first fixed plate 10 and an extension direction 13a of the second fixed plate 13 intersect with each other. The first and second fixed plates 10, 13 are fixed to two faces 100a, 100b of a wall base material 100 which meet each other at a corner of an architectural structure, and the lowermost outer wall plates attached to the two faces 100a, 100b of the wall base material 100 are supported with the first and second lower flanges 11, 14. Side ends 11d, 14d of the first and second lower flanges 11, 14 constitute open side ends of the starter metal fitting 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
