PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of components of a brake device and manufacturing costs of a hydraulic motor.SOLUTION: A brake device 20 for putting a brake on a hydraulic motor 1 includes: a disc plate 21 which rotates with a cylinder block 3; a brake piston 27 supported by a first case 12; and brake springs 35, 45 which are disposed compressed between the brake piston 27 and a second case 13. The second case 13 has holding parts 30, 32, 42 having recessed shapes, into which one-side ends of the brake springs 35, 45 are inserted, or projection shapes. The brake springs 35, 45 are held by the holding parts 30, 32, 42 even in a state where the other-side ends of the brake springs 35, 45 are separated from the brake piston 27.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
