摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inert gas blowing nozzle positioned at the bottom of a tundish capable of reducing inclusions captured by a slab in continuous casting.SOLUTION: In an inert gas blowing nozzle positioned at the bottom of a tundish, equations: 0.07 m≤D≤0.15 m, 0.16 m≤D≤0.3 m, 0.2 m≤L≤0.45 m, (R+R/2)/(D/2)≤4.25(L+L)/D+0.2, (R+R/2)/(D/2)≥0.26(L+L/2)/D+1, 0.3≤(L+L/2)/D≤6.3 and 1.5≤(R+R/2)/(D/2)≤4.0 are satisfied (where, the top edge inside diameter of the nozzle is D; the outside diameter of the nozzle is D; a distance from the top edge of an upper porous refractory to the top edge of a lower porous refractory is L; a distance from the center of the nozzle to the upper porous refractory is R; and the thickness of the upper porous refractory in a radial direction is R).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
