Disclosed are a card selection method and device. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring, by a terminal, a corresponding relationship among an available secondary virtual subscriber identity module (SIM) card identifier supporting a current mobile country code (MCC), a personal identification number (PIN code) and an access point name (APN) (100); selecting, by the terminal, a secondary virtual SIM card identifier from the corresponding relationship, and transmitting the selected secondary virtual SIM card identifier to a server (101); and receiving, by the terminal, parameter information corresponding to the selected secondary virtual SIM card identifier from the server, and performing networking according to the APN and the parameter information corresponding to the selected secondary virtual SIM card identifier (102). The present invention enables the terminal to directly perform a card switching process without restarting, thus improving a networking success rate. |
