A drive circuit for a laser module comprises: a semiconductor laser diode (LD) for emitting laser; a photodiode (PD) for converting an external optical signal to an electrical signal; a parallel-connected RC circuit connected to the photodiode (PD) and limiting a current in the drive circuit; a first transistor (Q1) and a second transistor (Q2), a base electrode of the first transistor (Q1) being connected to the parallel-connected RC circuit, an emitter electrode of the first transistor (Q1) being grounded, a collector electrode of the first transistor (Q1) being connected to a base electrode of the second transistor (Q2), an emitter electrode of the second transistor (Q2) being grounded, and a collector electrode of the second transistor (Q2) being connected to the semiconductor laser diode(LD); and a serial-connected RC circuit connected between the photodiode (PD) and the ground. A photoelectric equipment of a laser module, particular a green laser module, having the drive circuit, can effectively suppress a peak of a pulse or a wave. |
