The invention relates to a tablet-type planar mounting device (1) that is intended to illuminate and is ready to be placed so as to carry out mechanical attachment and electrical connection concomitantly. Said device comprises: - a body (10) forming the planar mounting; - electrical connection means (4) for electrical connection to lighting means (3); and - at least two rigid elements (2A, 2B) that simultaneously form: - mechanical attachment means, and - interface means for electrical power supply between said electrical connection means that are intended to be connected to the lighting means, and the outside of the mounting device. Said device is characterized in that each rigid element (2A, 2B) comprises an elongate portion (20) that is incorporated in or rigidly connected to the inside of the body of the device while extending between the two general surfaces and from one side of the body towards the opposite side so as to form an integral assembly with said body, and a portion (21) that projects from the end surface of the body. Said projecting portion includes a proximal portion (21A) that extends out from the end surface of the body and has a height that is no more than the thickness of the end surface of the body without extending beyond planes containing the general surfaces of the body. |
