摘要 This lubricant injection system is provided with a base, a robot arm which includes multiple arm members linked sequentially from the base, a lubricant injection hand which has a discharge unit connected sequentially to each of multiple injection ports of a target machine, a robot control unit which controls operation of the robot arm, a lubricant delivery device in which delivery of the lubricant is controlled, a lubricant feeding path which guides the lubricant from the lubricant delivery device to the discharge unit, and a flow rate sensor which is disposed in the lubricant feeding path and sends the detected flow rate information to the robot control unit, wherein the robot control unit calculates the injection amount from the flow rate information sent from the flow rate sensor, and performs control for stopping delivery of the lubricant when the calculated injection amount has reached a target injection amount.
