PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information notification system and an information notification method for notifying an operator or the like of necessary information according to the position of the operator or the like.SOLUTION: An information notification system comprises information acquisition units 21 and 30 for acquiring information on implementation of industrial machines 20A and 20B, a position acquisition unit 52 for acquiring a current position of a portable terminal 50 which can be carried by a user, a notification unit 55 for providing a notification of information acquired by the information acquisition units 21 and 30, a determination unit 53A for determining whether or not a current position acquired by the position acquisition unit 52 is in a specific area 210, 300 or 400, and a notification processing unit 53B for limiting notification of information acquired by the information acquisition units 21 and 30 to the notification unit 55 when the determination unit 53A determines that the current position is in the specific area.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
