PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image formation device that suppresses increase in temperature of a discharge recording medium accommodation part, and can suppress a temperature difference in a width direction of a conveyance path of a recording medium.SOLUTION: A copying machine 100 comprises: image formation means that includes a fixing unit 17 forming an image on a sheet serving as a recording medium; a casing 19 that accommodates the image formation means; a sheet ejection port 180 that ejects the sheet having the image formed by the image formation means from the casing 19; and an ejected sheet accommodation part 20 that accommodates the sheet ejected from the sheet ejection port 180, in which the ejected sheet accommodation part 20 is surrounded by wall face parts including the wall face part having the sheet ejection port 180 provided, and becomes an in-body sheet ejection part serving a space being opened in one side face of a device main body, the copying machine comprises a sucking fan 42 that sucks air from a suction hole 45 provided on an inner side of a range where the sheet in a width direction of a conveyance path conveying the sheet having the image formed by the image formation means up to the sheet ejection port 180 can pass, and discharges the air outside of the casing 19.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
