PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized eyeball movement measuring device with a simple structure at a low cost by receiving the cornea reflection image of a light emitting element, storing the detection data of a receiving position of the cornea reflection image on a light receiving face and a light spot indicating the elapsed time after the light emitting element is lighted, and analyzing an eyeball movement capability. SOLUTION: The light emitting element of a target light emitting means 2 is gazed to accelerate an eyeball movement, a cornea reflection image of the light emitting element reflected on the cornea surface of an eyeball of a subject is formed by an image formation optical system 3, and a light receiving means 8 is arranged on the practical image plane of the image formation optical system 3. A lighted light emitting element switching means 4 outputs a signal selectively switching light emitting elements, and a light spot position detecting means 5 outputs a signal indicating the position of the cornea reflection image in a light receiving face and the time after the light emitting element is lighted. A light spot position detection data memory means 6 stores light spot position detection data, and an eyeball movement analyzing means 7 analyzes the eyeball movement based on a group of stored light spot position detection data.
