PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To wash a stainless bottle as it is and to reduce its production cost in the stainless bottle having a double wall structure obtained by making a vacuum space between an inner container and an outer container and also having a bottom plate welded at the lower end of the trunk part of the outer container. SOLUTION: A bottom plate 12 is formed as an external body connected with the trunk part 11 of an outer container 2 and the rising part 12d of the periphery of the plate 12 is externally fitted to the lower end of the part 11 of the container 2 and welded at a position B on the upper end face of the part 12d. Thus, a part between plate surfaces where the plate 12 and the part 11 of the container 2 are closely fitted to each other is sealed at its outer end part to prevent water from entering this part between the plate surfaces. Since the container 2 is constituted by a structure without the water infiltrating gap, without additionally providing a conventional cover, or the like, which covers a welding part like this, a stainless bottle is made more inexpensive and can be washed as it is.
