PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bed system having a movement device that can stably maintain a body attitude during the movement and can keep the bed clean. SOLUTION: When a toilet stool 5 is sued, a front part 19 of a bed base for a lower body is projected and also a bed base 35 for an upper body is lifted up. A rod-like body for receiving splashed excreta is turnably arranged so as to face the cavity of the stool 5 at the rear part of the bed base 35 for an upper body, and water is sprayed to the rod-like body 50 through a water spray nozzle 52.
