PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chair which has a less number of parts, is simply assembled and does not generate the deterioration of or damage to the parts when using it for a long period. SOLUTION: A chair comprises a seat body 2 formed of a sheet type material and a support frame for supporting the seat body 2 through a support means 6. The support means 6 comprises a ring part provided with a through hole 61 corresponding to an insert hole 25 formed in the seat part of the seat body 2, a member to be supported which is formed integrally with the ring part and has a fixed part fixed to the peripheral edge part of the insert hole 25 in the seat part and a support member provided in the supported frame for bearing the member to be supported.
