PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the usage, and prevent the appearance of a seat device from being spoiled by constituting a housing body in such a manner that the housing body receives an article from an article charging port, and is pulled out to the front or rear side of a seat cushion. SOLUTION: A seat cushion 12 of a vehicle seat 11 is arranged astride leg sections 14A and 14B on the right and the left. Then, these both leg sections 14A and 14B are arranged under a standing state on the vehicle floor 15, i.e., under a vertical wall state, and the lower sides are fastened onto the vehicle floor 15 with a bolt, or the like. By supporting the vehicle seat 11 by the pair of standing leg sections 14A and 14B, an article charging port 18 as a through hole which is under the vehicle seat 11, and in a space 17 formed of the vehicle floor 15 and the right and left leg sections 14A and 14B, is formed. Then, a housing body 22 is constituted in such a manner that the housing body 22 receives an article from the article charging port 18, and is pulled to the front or rear side of the seat cushion 12.
