PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a noodle-making machine enabling noodles to be mass-produced in a short time. SOLUTION: In this noodle-making machine 10, a cylinder 90 is attached to holding metal fittings in a state that dough for noodles is housed in the cylinder 90 and then a driving motor 34 makes a piston 80 press the dough for noodles in the cylinder 90 so as to extrude it from through holes 98 formed in the bottom wall 92 of the cylinder 90. Thus the machine 10 can produce noodles by only two operations basically composed of an operation accepting the noodle dough in the cylinder 90 and an operation pushing the driving switch 42 of the motor 34, and can improve working efficiency.
