A head support apparatus for supporting the head of a child seated in a car seat can include a liner portion having a back engagement portion that is connectable to the car seat and positionable between the child and a back support surface of car. The head support apparatus can also include a forehead engagement portion to releasably contact the forehead of the child when the child is seated in the car seat, and at least one tether portion connecting the forehead engagement portion to the back engagement portion to inhibit movement of the forehead engagement portion away from the back support surface of the car seat along a first axis thereby inhibiting movement of the head of the child along the first axis. |
