PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a punch assembly that improves production efficiency by curtailing the manufacturing time as a whole in manufacturing, that extends the service life of a punch head and a ring member by preventing their damage in punch machining, that simplifies the structure by eliminating excessive members other than fitting release bolts in rotating the punch head, and that enhances operability by reducing the number of times for screwing in the fitting release bolts in releasing engagement of the ring member. SOLUTION: A plurality of through holes K are horizontally provided in the tubular part 32A of a punch head 32. At the same time, in the plurality of through holes K, there is inserted a holding piece 1 that is freely engaged/disengaged with a ring member 2. Also, on the inner circumference of the ring member and on the outer circumference of the holding piece 1, there are formed tapered parts 1A, 2A respectively corresponding thereto.
