PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flaw inspection device which can continuously detect the defects of a porous hollow yarn film which travels easily, even for hydrophobic and hydrophilic porous hollow yarn film. SOLUTION: The flaw inspection device comprises a vessel 1 which constitutes an interior space for accommodating a liquid L; a pump 2 for decompressing the internal space of the vessel 1 from barometric pressure; guide rolls 31-36 which continuously introduce the porous hollow fiber film M to the internal space of the external portion of the vessel 1, pass the inside of the liquid L held in the internal space of the vessel 1, and guide so that it is led out to the internal space shell exterior of the vessel 1; and a cellular detection means 11, which detects air bubbles sucked out of the defective section of passing the porous hollow fiber film M in liquid in the inside of the liquid L under vacuum.
