The industrial truck has stock rod (2) and bearing pressure unit (3) is arranged at the stock rod and within area of the stock rod, a unit is arranged for contactless range finding. The stock rod is provided for contactless range finding between a defined position of the industrial truck and three positions which are not in a line.
