PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently secure a wind quantity and a wind speed of conditioned air, to make conditioned air excellent in directivity, and to make a blow-out port to a cabin thin. SOLUTION: In this blow-out port structure 10, the blow-out direction of conditioned air can be changed when pairs of fins 212-228 of first and second blow-out direction control members 210 and 224 provided in a flow direction intermediate part 34 in a case 12 change attitudes. By this a plurality of fins for changing the blow-out direction are not required to be provided in the blow-out port 24 to make the blow-out port 24 thin. The blow-out direction of conditioned air can be changed by the pairs of the fins 212-228, the number of the fins is reduced, and thereby an effective cross sectional area of a flow passage in the case 12 can be secured without hindering the flow of conditioned air in the flow passage in the case 12. As a result, the wind quantity and the wind speed of conditioned air can be sufficiently secured. By reducing the number of the fins, a size per fin can be expanded.
