<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce occurrence of system failure of a device for collectively managing air conditioners installed in guest rooms in a hotel. <P>SOLUTION: This guest room air-conditioning management device 1 for the hotel manages the plurality of air conditioners classified into a plurality of groups, and comprises a plurality of individual controllers 51a-53f, guest room information acquiring means 25, 26, 71a-73f, 81a-83f, 91a-93f, an instruction creating portion 21, a first air-conditioning controller, and a second air-conditioning controller. The individual controllers are respectively installed in the guest rooms, and can transmit and receive operation setting change information. The guest room information acquiring means can acquire guest room information of each guest room. The instruction creating portion creates the instruction information on the basis of the operation setting change information and the guest room information.
