PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging device for attaining an inexpensive noise removing circuit with a largely reduced circuit scale, while optimally reducing noise concerning luminance and color difference respectively, and to provide an image processor. SOLUTION: The imaging device includes: an image sensor 102 for outputting an image signal constituted of a plurality of color signals arrayed in a prescribed arrayal; and an image processing part 112 for processing the image signal to be outputted from the image sensor 102. The image processing part 112 includes a wavelet processing part 111 for performing wavelet transform processing, coring processing, and wavelet inverse transform processing with respect to the image signal. The wavelet processing part 111 includes: a wavelet decomposition processing part 120 for performing the wavelet transform of the image signal in a state where the image signal is constituted of the plurality of color signals; and a plurality of coring processing parts 123, 124 for suppressing signals, which satisfy respectively different conditions, after wavelet transform.
